URGENT: enclosure problems

I can't find anywhere that will give me a simple list of things I NEED for the tortoises in the viv. Everywhere just try's to sell me hides and stuff , I need real information!

You need a night bulb for the tortoise red ones are ok but I recommend ceramic. Also you need a day heat lamp and a UV bulb if the torts aren't going to live outside part time. You also need some sort of bark or sand for the bottom. I would recommend a large water dish as well so the tort can bathe in the water as well as drink water. I would get a poop scoop to because tortoises need a healthy environment. I would get a log hide so they can have alone time. You will also need a humidity and temperature gage! A spray bottle filled with water will most likely make the humidity perfect if you spray the enclosure once a day. Food dishes are good too! I use two, one for dry food and one for salads. Did that help a little?
