No problem. Does he have any struggle with poo?
"Flashing" in the warm water and standing on "tip toes" is expected. But in your case it sounds like he is constipated.
Color of the urine may change depending on diet (e.g. after dandelions or other yellow/orange flowers).
What is his diet and how do you keep him (what substrate, do you use moss, what are humidity and temperatures, does he have a water dish for self-soaking in the enclosure)?
