Terra cotta dishes are good to use.
They don't tip,
The tortoise can get into and out of easier that slick plastic ones.
If the tortoise manages to tip itself over sometimes the tort can right itself if it can get a little traction, and the clay saucers do provide some traction.
The texture of the terra cotta helps wear the nails and beaks down to some extent.
It needs to have a longer diameter than the tortoise measures along the length of its plastron.

Oh that’s so annoying! Have you tried typing in ‘clay terracotta saucer’? Sometimes garden centres do them too!

It needs to be larger in diameter than your tortoise is long. There should be room for your tortoise to turn around in the terra cotta saucer.

Have you tried doing a Google search of "Terra cotta saucers in Dubai"? Or "Clay Terra cotta saucers in Dubai"?
Does Amazon ship to where you are? They have them.

First of all i don’t remember that I said that I live in dubai
Secondly i did try to type this in google and found from amazon and a few other sites but all of them were overpriced and with that i mean at least 5x the price and the ones that was a good value was selling five pieces so its also more expensive than the ones that was out of stock and i only need two or even one is enough

Your little profile on the side of each post, where your screen name is, says you are in Dubai. Is this not correct? If it isn't where are you located?

Except your location is visible.
During this entire thread everyone has been approaching your needs and questions with the understanding that that is where you are located. You have different "brands" there, responses were adjusted accordingly.

Can you look for just clay saucers? "Terracotta" is used to define color of the item (reddish-brown) and not the material in some languages. Also, sometimes word "ceramic" is used to describe material, but this often refers to glazed (enameled) items.

I found some saucers (trays) labelled as ceramic but didn’t for clay
Is the ceramic ok?

As long as it is NOT glazed or painted or in any way coated.

Glazed is a layer of glass amalgamated to the clay. It is too slippery and dangerous for your tortoise to use. The terracotta clay saucers are "unfinished", they have been smoothed and baked to harden the clay, but are not painted or coated in any way. This gives a slightly rough surface for your tortoise to have a bit of traction when getting in or out, and it also helps to wear off the nails (and beak if it is a food dish) to some extent.

This looks like the correct one (as I can tell from photo it's not painted, coated, laquered etc, just raw clay). 25cm diameter is too large and too deep for a hatchling. 7-10cm should be the right size.

I have just sent another one but the problem that it’s out of stock but if it comes back to stock should i get it or get the 25cm diameter one (the other one is 19cm diameter and 3cm high) the tortoise appears to be 6-9cm from the photo

You can get a large dish and lay some large flat pebbles inside to make it more accessible for a tortoise. The real concern is that it will take a lot of space in the enclosure.
