Uvb light Question

I never got this
On a uvb package it says eg 5.0 on it what does that mean and which one do I use for my greek

5.0 means the percentage UVB. the 10.0 is a more intense bulb.

I was told by my vet that 5%, i.e. 5.0, was plenty for Joe my Greek.

Yeah, I get the 10.0 for my Russian torts, but have also heard that the 5.0 is enough for Greeks. Make sure you get the tube kind, not the curly kind... the curly ones can hurt your tort's eyes. The MVB are good, too. I personally use the tube version for my tortoises and my chameleon.
