I found a rubber flooring at home depot that looks like real wood, I used the oak design,It comes in strips just like hard wood flooring and is self adhesive piece to piece but not to the plywood, placed it on the plywood floor 2 years ago and it is holding up fine under the torture that Walker (my sulcata) puts it through in his outside house.I used a razor knife to cut it,tin snips would work also. very easy to install.basically after installation there are no cracks for water to seep through.

Either one would work. Be sure to silicone (GE II Silicone) the edges and corners if you use the vinyl self adhesive pads.
Some run the covering up the sides to allow for the substrate.

I plan to vinyl all the way up the sides.
