Stuck in this void you call life,
spiraling into a place where tragedy strikes,
uncontrolled thoughts parallel a distant universe,
and demons run reality like a puppets first verse,
buttoned eys and stitched lips,
why does society make us feel like this?
choking on words but you can never spit,
raw bloody feet they never let you sit,
needles stuck through skin,
nothing can be seen but the head of a pin,
you trip stumble and start to spin,
control is lost and you are empty within,
your brain wanders but your eyes can't catch up,
your heart is replaced with cotton fluff,
numb to the pain and feelings you hold onto,
but it seems you can still hurt everyone around you,
uncomfortable emotions slow like a time lapse,
life slipping by that you just can't grasp,
darkness sets in for this horror show,
lights flash around like a carnival,
you can't comprehend you can't even speak ,
through bloody lips and fanged teeth,
they talk and smile but their faces are so blurry,
they grab and tug like they are in a hurry,
burning inside signifies fury,
darkness fades to black as they chant and sing,
your mind loses control over everything,
they use your powers on a puppet string,
below their feet the ground grows cold,
the earth is so cracked even grass can't grow,
tears turn to ice and piles into snow,
with you even weather they can control,
when all is said and done and they need you no more,
you are thrown back down onto the floor,
you are all used with nothing to feel at all,
you are a human Voodoo Doll
