To was a beautiful day for Imbolic (Wicca Feast of Lights). The Sun was shining and hints of what Spring will bring was in the air.

WalkingRock was all about stretching his legs and Basking in the Sun

That's a beautiful sulcata. I'm sure I should probably know already, but what is that on the front of his carapace?

How did you attach the tag to is shell? I'd love to do that for Chomper when he gets some size on him. And do you have to wait until they're fully grown?

I used aHeavy duty 2 part epoxy to apply it.

You do not have to wait till he's full grown, but you do want to wait till you can apply it to a scute that is big enough for it. I used a full size Dogtag (military style). You can use a smaller one but you don't want it to touch the growth lines at all! (or even come close to a growth line).

Okay! Thanks a bunch. Chomper is only 6 months old, so it'll be a while. But it's a wonderful idea!!

Awesome, It's snowing here. Cracks me up to peek in on my little guy as he splays out under his heat light and looks wistfully out the window at the snow. We need some of your weather.

Texas has very little snow...one of the few conditions that will keep WalkingRock holed up in his bunker.

I'll see what I can do about sending you a little sample of the weather...:p

Thanks! I think he is unique looking only in the U.S. and in captivity. He is alot smoother than most other Sulcatas his size, I blame the product Vita-shell for this anomily...:D
