Everybody has such a warning showing on their posts. A member can see just their own and not other's ratings. A Mod or Josh, can see all of them. They are there for those thankfully few times, when a member decides the rules do not apply to them and we have to warn them to behave. So for 99.9999% of you, they will always show as 0%.
So for 99.9999% of you, they will always show as 0%.

I also am not sure we can do one that is a permanent number like 1%. Usually they have an expiration time on them.

Thank you, relief, It has been driving me crazy. I knew what it was for, but mine never went away and I could never find anyone else that had it. I thought maybe the longer I was a member, it would be removed. Then I kept noticing newer members didn't have it. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
