Went to a garden center today looked at few different salvias... Yeah, this could be it

I threw down some seeds from TortoiseSupply and CarolinaPetSupply. I do not know if the plants grew from the seed mix or not. I am afraid to feed it to my tortoises since I am not sure what it is and if it is edible.

It does not smell like mint; it really does not have a smell at all.

I believe the Tortoise Supply sometimes contains chia seeds? Looks awfully similar, I think?

If it sprouts blue flower spikes, you'll know for sure!

Chia is a salvia and listed as safe to feed in the Tortoise Table, so long as you do not feed any seeds the plant may produce.

Of course if you don't feel comfortable with it, best not to feed.
