Here are some weeds growing in my garden can anyone tell me what they are and if they are poisonous for tortoises

@Yvonne G , I think the upper right corner is lambs quarter. It looks tender and young. Am I right? If I'm correct, its not toxic, but most of them don't eat it.
@Jake1997 , the stuff that looks like clover, but has the little yellow trumpet shaped flowers is the oxalis that Yvonne mention. It is very high in oxalates and should not be fed to them.

No, lambs quarter is a more grayish green:
I'll snap a pic of some of mine when I go back to the ranch today.
