My Little Guy Is Around 6 Months Or So, Im Not To Sure Because
The Reptile Store Didn't Know To Much About His Age!

I Measured Him Today, hes A Little Over 3 Inches Length,
and 2.25 inches or So Width

I Weighed Him, and He weighs 54.4 grams,

I Got Him 2 and Half Months Ago, He was Around 3 maybe 4 Months The Guy Told Me!
& No i didn't weigh him when i first go him! I Noticed he Feels Heavier!
He always Grew In Length and width

Its unlikely that he was that old when you got him, but possible. Just keep doing what you are doing and he'll grow up just fine. He's probably only around 3 months now and that is on the slow side for growth, but not terrible or anything.

People in pet shops typically just say anything. Lots of the time they don't know and don't care and any old answer will make the person happy. Not all of them, but certainly some of them.

Depending on how the store cared for him, he can be as young as 4 months...or as old as a year! A lot of factors weigh in on growth...especially hydration (which just doesn't occur in shops). Then there's the stress factor...

Yes The Store Didnt care For Him That Great, they Only had Him For a Couple Of Days!
They Buy The Torts Off A Breeder, so i have no clue about is fast!
iv had him for 2 months, and He has Grown and Got Heavier, I Feed Him cactus, Spring-mix, dandelion,
Grasses, muzri and zoo med forest!
i Spray his sheell and ensoure several times daily, and give him soaks everynight


He Gets About 4 Hours Daily of Natural Sunlight In His Outdoor Enclosure Which He Loves!

Jacob...try to boost that sun exposure to 6 hours minimum...the temps are perfect where you're at and he'll thrive with the added sun.

Dean, on the wekends my little guy gets around 8 hours
Or so and for the past two weeks he has been getting 7 hours
Daily because i start school late!
But for summer he will get 8 hours pretty much daily
Except on the cold days!

Looks and sounds very similar in size to my 2mo old sulcata, yours was probably a lot younger than you were told.

Yes possably, now i rember when i got my little guy his skin such as his legs and head
Were very light!
Once i got him in the sun for a while a month or so,
He darkened and turned more skin color!
So he could have been a baby, or new hatchling
