Weird eye

Hello everyone. I've recently gotten a Russian tort. She (? I assume) has a funny eye. I've had her at a vet and got an antiseptic eye drop but I haven't seen a great difference. The vet said she may just have a funny eye. Opinions? Thank you all in advance. Beca and Brienne.

What type of UVB lamp do you use?

Eye problems are very common with compact coil type UVB. (Looks like a low energy light bulb)

If you have this, switch it off immediately. Replace with a tube UVB or Mercury Vapor Bulb (MVB)

It doesn't look unhealthy to me. I think you can safely listen to your vet!

I think you're reading too much into it. Both eyes look completely normal to me. The left eye has a bit of smoother skin above the eyeball than the right eye, but I doubt there's anything wrong with that. When trying to mate, male russians are very aggressive and sometimes bite the skin off the face of the female. It might just be that this is new, healthy skin, after an injury.

She is cute! The eyes look fine to me. Sometimes my tort's eye gets a little weird looking, and I just drip water in it and it clears right up. Is she rubbing her eyes?

When I soak her it occasionally makes her rub that eye.
Having looked at how to sex a tortoise I think 'she' is actually too young to be sexed. Name rethink happening :\

How large is she?
They don't get very large.
