Is this a redfoot or a hybrid...the nose looks weird.

Well, I can see one picture posted three times. That said, I'm not sure if it's a hybrid or not - certainly an interesting coloration either way. Where did you get him from? Can they confirm the parents?

That's a RF tortoise, not a hybrid, not a YF.

Redfoots scute placement varies quite a bit. There is cross breeding though within the different types. They are still Redfoots however, some are just different types(northern, eastern, gran Chaco, north western etc..)

Here is a pure bred Guyana locale(Northeastern type) from some of our group.
