What do I want?

For sure a Tortoise.

Something a little bigger than my Russian.

Housed outdoors.

Easy care like my Russian has been.

A Tort that does not require alot of humidity outdoors.

Would love the tort to have personality!

I am going to a rep expo this weekened and would like to pick up my new Tort from there.

i live in Socal.




Im thinking maybe a Marginated?

Any other suggestions?

I don't know anything about marginated, but I do know (from stories my sister tells me about Queenie) that Hermanni have great personalities, and the are beautiful!

I don't have much marginated experience, but I have been told they are not as outgoing, in general, as hermanni.

Yvonne, I always thought a Hermanni was the same size as a Russian, now I see they get up to 10 inches , I like that!
And the care is similar to a Russian, I like that too!

I think a Hermanni just made the jump to the top of the list.
