Hi

I'm a new sulcata parent.
My baby sully is only two weeks old.
This is what I found today while soaking him/her in the warm water.

So..... What is it?
Is it normal?

Thanks

Yes, it's normal, but it also shows that your baby has been raised the dry, beef-jerky way before you got him.

Urates should disperse more in the water, that is, they should be more liquid than what you're seeing. When they come out hard and hold their shape it means the baby has been dehydrated for a while.

Continue to soak him every day and eventually he will catch up and become hydrated.
