What to feed hatchlings

I have two hatchlings that are about to be completely out of their shell and I was wondering what I should feed them once they are actually hatched!?

I feed my hachlings the exact same food that the adults get but I chop it up into bite sized pieces and mix a bit of vitamins in.

When should I feed them? Like right after they completely hatch? And do they need water right away?…

My babies go into their closed enclosure as soon as the yolk is absorbed. The enclosure always has food on the feeding tile.
