Where should I get a new tortoise

So I have a female african spurred tortoise and she is about 8 now and I am looking for a male and not sure where I can buy a juvenile male. I also am not sure how old they are how how big they have to get before they can actually breed?

Hello and Welcome. Be sure you have the room to house the two in seperate enclosures. A ratio of
1-1 is not good, the male could and probably will try to breed her to death. If not that, one will bully the other to illness or even death.
