hello im wondering if this the best source of uv for my russian tortoise, or should i go for the exxo terra repti glow 2.0 or 10.0, or something completely differnt? please help

The best source of UVB is sunlight. Second best would be some type of mercury vapor bulb. I like the zoo med powersun 100 watt. If you are going to go with a florescent bulb I would recommend the tube lights not the coil bulbs as they have been known to cause eye problems. With a tube bulb I would also opt for the 10.0 instead of the 5.0 you have shown here.
