white bump

I was soaking our tort today and noticed a small white "lump" just above her toenail. It is small and hard. I attempted some pics :

I am not sure if this is just maybe a "scale" that is discolored. Or an abscess of sorts (although its very hard, doesn't feel fluid filled) . Any ideas?

Sorry, I wouldn't know. Just wanted to say that some of those pics, looks like she is trying to flip us off

looks more like a scale came off and that is the lighter skin under it.

Thanks for everyone's input. I'm still not sure what it is, I guess it could be new skin growth under a missing scale. I will have to keep an eye on it.
