White marks on Red Foots

Sometimes I get bored just search up Red Foot tortoise sometimes I see white ring kind of things on their shell, I don't know how to explain it, I think it looks pretty or it could be bad for the tortoise could you help me out

The white outlining each scute is new growth. It darkens with age.

The white mottling is the normal shell patterning. Not all redfoots get it.

The white your seeing is called Marbling. It usually only occurs in the Brazilian "Cherry head" Redfoots.
