will my tortoise shell heal??

When he grow up, will the shell heal. Like it suppose to be flat. U can see there is some damage his belly.

That's not damage. That's where the egg yolk is attached...where he gets his nourishment while in the egg.

The plastron is not damaged. That is a normal looking baby plastron.

will they get smooth as they grow up ?
The new growth will be smooth, but the little "damage" will be visible for a many years, at least it's like that in Hermanns (I guess the two small scars will be less obvious and vanish sooner on a large sulcata ;) ).
Anyway, it's totally normals, every tortoise has it.
