ok so my male tortoise decide to have a pee and a notice his "willy" coming out and basicly im just wondering if this is normal for 2.5 year old tortoise?

I don't think he's old enough to start mating, but With tortoises, it's the size factor that counts. I don't know what females do, unfortunately, to show they are ready.

But it doesn't mean he's ready necessarily. Younger torts have done this too and clearly have not been ready.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe leopards have to be 9-10 + inches....?

Russians are different. They have to be 5-6+ (females)
