What kind of worms can i feed my russian tortoise

I have never heard of them eating worms as part of their diet.

No, Russians eat weeds and leafy greens. Low protein, high fiber. No fruit (or very, very rarely).
They need access to a shallow water dish.

While a Russian may eat any form of protein it comes across (dead animal, worms, ect) it is not actually a part of what we consider their "normal" diet. It doesn't hurt them in such limited and rare amounts, but we don't make a point of offering it to them like you might with say a redfooted tortoise.

Its quite common for some of the "forest" species of tortoise. And good for them.
