Did you? So full sibling then? Eros is so beautiful. Is Gaia related?
No, I got Gaia from another keeper that was on her way to collage and had to cull her herd. Gaia is about 6 months older than Eros but I got them within 24 hours of each other.

That is why these 2 are perfect for my on-going Vita-shell experiment. 2 torts about the same age and size but from different parentage. So far the results are exactly the same.... nice smooth shells, 0% pyramiding!

@Zamric @Elohi what's interesting is comparing the slow growth rate of Eros to the explosive growth rate of Lady October. If in fact they have the same parents from exotics dr, it's a crazy contrast between the 2 offspring.

Her growth rate is definitely interesting.
I am unsure if he had more leopards previously. When I met him he just had the two leopards. The female is an older mama too. In her 60's, if I remember correctly.

This is very true! I have much slower growth but I believe their shell are much better formed and denser than your abnormally large monster!:p
