If I understand your question correctly...
this forum was started by a guy named Josh, who doesn't participate much anymore (or at least not much since I've been a member). It's still his forum and if something malfunctions, he takes care of it. Often, if you can't reach Josh and he doesn't respond to pms etc, Yvonne seems to be able to reach him. She is one of a handful of moderators on the forum and is very respected. She has her own private turtle/tortoise rescue in California and has been working with these animals for decades. She's a good person to talk to and one who's advice should always be taken seriously.

Agreed. Josh is also very nice to deal with, if you are ever lucky enough to speak with him. I have.
