Is it normal for a tort to take a drink or soak and then have bubbles from his nose for a little bit? He has the right temps and humidity and is very active

Occasional and temporary bubbles are normal, especially after bathing. If they occur when the nose is dry and for an elongated period of time, then you'll have cause for concern. This is often accompanied by wheezing or whistling.

Can you please try to quantify elongated period of time? Say 2-3 days?

I believe that is what they mean. If it’s because they drank through their nose and this caused bubbles then this should not occur for longer than a day. It could be that you’re just catching them right after they drank and you didn’t know it so it seems like a longer period of time. You should pay attention to the discharge and it it is not clear and is accompanied by a wheezing or whistling noise, or any other syptom of a RTI like lack of appetite there would be cause for worry.

Do be sure the soak water and the soaking area are warm and stay warm throughout the duration of the soaking time.
