Looking for assistance with our tortoise.

We have a young tortoise who appears to have an issue with his back legs. He does not get up on them to walk, he has been walking on his knees. We are trying to assist by placing a homemade cart under him to lift him up to assist with building up his muscles. The problem is that we have difficulty keeping him on the cart. I am trying to find a tortoise safe glue or adhesive to assist with rehabilitation. One that can also be removed when necessary, like a water soluble adhesive.

Swimming is good therapy too. Hopefully people more in the know will be along shortly to help you diagnose and treat his problem.

How is he being kept?

What is his diet?
