Are they trying to say that Finnish people are incapable of doing so? That's confusing as hell! The Finnish instructions say no, the English instructions say yes.

Yeah, I was wondering since it says to install on a wall or a ceiling. I have to think if it is worth it, it is only 6,99€ or 7,34 $ though....Packaging says it has G13 fitting (standard for T8 lamps), so "LED replacement tubes" should fit.
But to connect power you may need to do some wiring (ceiling lights often come with just a short wire piece).
Maybe a translation flaw, but if so a pretty major one in my opinion. Or some byrocratical safety thing. (We have a law on what electrical work can be done by the end user but I am not too familiar with the law.)Are they trying to say that Finnish people are incapable of doing so? Also, this one has a cord, I can just plug into one of my plug-in timers.Well, I didn't buy it originally because of the low Kelvin, and now they have a new kind of unit with adjustable light color. I should've taken more photos at the store, since the one I have, doesn't really have much info on it:

I found a video on an older version of this without the adjustable light color and got these specs from it:

My question is, is this unit any good? If I understand it right, I would not be able to replace the LEDs myself? Can I make any guess on what Kelvin it is?
6Watts for a 50cm unit isn't much - it's not very bright (Arcadia JungleDawn of the same length is 34Watts - very bright but still not enough to grow sun-loving plants). Low LED density results in less uniform light distribution.Well, I didn't buy it originally because of the low Kelvin, and now they have a new kind of unit with adjustable light color. Yeah, I think I have come to the same conclusion. It isn't worth it and won't add much to my set-up. I think that LED units with replaceable bulbs are a better investment long term.6Watts for a 50cm unit isn't much - it's not very bright (Arcadia JungleDawn of the same length is 34Watts - very bright but still not enough to grow sun-loving plants). Adjustable color temperature means that there are different colored LEDs installed and maximum brightness is, probably, achieved only at certain color temperature (when all diodes are lit up).
I guess, LEDs are not replaceable.
Here is a quote from Markw84 post on lightning in his Smart Enclosures:
"In my enclosures I have 4 1100 lumen 90+ CRI leds mounted in the ceiling of each 4x3 section". It's roughly 10 such LED bars for an 8x4 enclosure.
