Little Matilda enjoying her breakfast. It was funny, the nightcrawlers I put into her moss, well, they move at night...duh, "nightcrawlers" right? So Matilda is chowing down on her fruit but wow, how fast she went into "hunting mode when she heard one in the shallow gravel! She raced over& pounced, battled, triumphed, ate her quarry and went back to eating her fruit! I think she still had a piece of gravel on her back from her recent battle.....LOL She is a trip to watch......

Enjoy the long weekend guys...and thanks to all who served, I've enjoyed a fantastic life so far because of you guys!

That is a great description (hijacked) of how they look!

I've thought about it many times; how a turtle can seem to, or actually does have different looks. Many swear they cannot, but nearly all of that group also admit to have never lived with one. I'd suggest that most who have, know better.
