Hello! We are new to this forum. We are a family of three that live in the Seattle area. Our tort Archie is (we think) about 5. She is a Hermann’s Tortoise. We adopted her from a breeder.
Archie- named by my son from the prehistoric Archelon- is a female. She loves Radicchio and Arugula. We have a nice pen for her inside and she also has an outdoor enclosure for the summer months. She is very spunky- comes when called and likes to climb on her rock to sun in her heat lamp. IMG_0365.jpg

Archie looks to be a healthy, friendly family member. What more could any tortoise keeper ask for. Always place Archie's needs above your own and Archie will outlive you and your children. Enjoy!

Welcome, she is beautiful. If that is a red light, please remove it. Torts like to eat red things and this can cause substrate and other things look eatable which could be dangerous to the tort.
