can a chalk be given toan indian star as a calcium supplement ???

I personally would not offer chalk...there are other items you can use if calcium supplementation is needed ; cuttlebone, actual calcium supplement from pet store or feed store...I believe that these are better choices if you are needing a supplement

No. Why would you? There are better stuff available that isn't that expensive.
