Cherry Head: 1st time tortoise owner

We are 1st time tortoise owner here in Brazil. We got our cherry head from friend's friend because they are not capable taking care of these two lovely and sweet cherry head tortoise. We are having difficulty in giving them a bath especially the male. I think they are already 14 inches.

What do you mean?
That they don't like it?
It looks like lack of humidity has been an issue by their condition.
I'm assuming that they live outside? Just provide a large but shallow water pool or two. They'll soak themselves.
Also, keep them apart in 2 separate enclosures or the male will relentlessly pursue the female. Causing health issues.

They live indoor, we just bring them to the park every thur and sunday to walk with grass, got sunshine and exercise too.I assume the previous owner did not give them a bath while they are growing, they just live ouside their house and cement floor, that made me wonder the famale tort walks with her feet sliding.
