Clover?

I thought this was oxalis, but the flowers are all wrong. The stalks seem to long to be clover and I haven't heard of clover with yellow flowers. Anyone know what it is?

Yeah! That stuff has claimed a small portion of my front yard...once I pull it...the menagerie in the backyard makes it disappear...until it grows back a month later with a vengeance
