I hope Rose turns the corner for the better. Sounds like things are breaking up when she coughs.I must never get sick. Never heard of a Z-Pac. I do add apple cider vinegar to our juices & we use it on our salads. Hope Rose is on the mend!
Because of my allergies and such that is the only one I can take for an antibiotic for a sinus infection or infection. It doesn't happen often so I don't have to use it often at all. Apple cider vinegar is the bomb. Even if I do get a Z-Pac I'll need the cough remedy.I must never get sick. Never heard of a Z-Pac. I'm figuring you'd have to pack the stuff for woodcarving.. And have a kayak on board for back up.Yeah…there are plenty of new things to learn & explore. Three years visiting the World, 400 ports of call.
And well...then you'd get kicked off the boat for carrying knives and such stuff on board for boardsI'm figuring you'd have to pack the stuff for woodcarving.. And have a kayak on board for back up.![]()

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies, but pleased she's feeling well enough to argue back!Well I found out the Z-pak situation. It's not a antibiotic it is a prednisone dose pac. That makes more sense to me. Rose's asthma as kicked in but her upper sinuses are not stuffed up. I had to give her a scolding today. For not gargling long enough. Looks like I will be sleeping in my easy chair again tonight. Her cough is persistent and she is being stubborn about a warm water or tea mixed with lemon and honey. She says it is to sweet. I told her something to sweet is the least of her problems. Wish she would take advice from others and quit being stubborn.![]()
Some of my elderly neighbours recently returned from a 2 week cruise - they and many other passengers ended up being locked down in their cabin after a few days because of covidOn the cruise. Id feel trapped as well on a massive cruise ship with 1000s of people. Id probably not be permitted on board - “Sir, no chainsaws or carving tools permitted”. Please walk the gang blank.
That said i thoroughly enjoyed the VERY small cruises that ive been on. One was on a tall clipper ship along the coast of Maine. Maybe 25 ppl max. Think small cabins, hoisting sails, crab & lobster bakes on the shoreline.
The second was an inland cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg.
Got to see some interesting very rural & remote parts of Russia. Took a small cruise down the Nile in Egypt. Very interesting way to slowly see things along the Nile & ppl there. Lastly, another very small ship/cruise along the southern coast of Turkey. Crystal clear water, seafood & sights galore.
BUT, a three-year-long cruise on a massive ship with a ton of ppl might be a bit long.
I'm sorry I can't quite remember who little Isaacs parents are. But a happy birthday to him from me. We've had a good snow this morning but now it's gone. We have another snow forecast for tomorrow. That'll be the third snow after the forsythia bloomed. We'll see if the old saying is true that there will be three snows after the forsythia blooms.Good morning/afternoon all,
The snow in my area has been replaced by rain and lots of it - but it's much needed rain so not complaining. Still chilly but warming up for a few days before the next arctic blast arrives. Northern parts of the UK continue to have snow on the way.
I've had a busy weekend with family. It was little Isaacs first birthday on Friday and he had a party yesterday which we were all invited to. I think his next one will be when he's old enough to appreciate it, but this was one was special and a good excuse to get together with family.
I hope you're all having a good weekend.

I don't want any snow, I'm don't play in it anymore. I don't mine the rain in the Winter, It's easier to shovel.Everyone gets snow but us......but I'm not complaining about 50F in the middle of March either.
According to our field guys, the cherry blossoms in DC are already blooming and have been for a week.
Cloudy & 48 today and supposed to rain I think. Matilda ate Friday afternoon so I haven't seen her all weekend, daughter and Kerry gone.......yeah, I miss the girls.
Good Ray, I hope you drive her nuts.....make her yell at you, always worked for my ex. She'd get sick, get mad at me since I never did, and she'd yell at me and the kids, then she'd be better. Not completely sure that we were ALL rooting for her to get better all the time though...LOL
Poor Kerry, no really $$ POOR Kerry.....LOL....she went down to help her daughter get settled into her apt near school. I warned her that it was going to cost and she want to take my discover card and every time I've called, she or they are in another store......apparently she's brutalized her Cap1 card down there. LOL
She comes back late tonight but I won't see her till next w/e.
