My cousin Siân has an accent in her name. She's Welsh - pronounced Shahn. Accents are an important part of pronunciation - and easy to type on a phone or tablet... more of a pain on a computer or laptop though!Good morning Linda

Will be off to a friend's house much of today: she's teaching me how to make a Pistachio Sour Cream Coffee Cake! I'll make an extra one for CDR!
