It's possible they're eating the poop.

Their water become greenish but there is not any solid matter.
Hmmm. How old are they? When my Elvis was sick and a little guy he pooped kind of a sludge, it made his water green and stinky. But they are eating right? Is all else well with them that you can tell?

How warm is the enclosure?
I see that you live in Pakastan. But I'm not familiar with the weather or the temperature there.
I mention that because being too cool can slow down and even stop digestion.

Umm..its a good point..
Because..due to summer..atmosphere is wam here.
But they are place in Air conditioning room.
Should I move them to warm place?
And also at day time I put them in sun light.
Is it okay? Screenshot_2019-09-25-14-46-23-1.jpeg20190925_120124.jpeg

80f is the lowest temperature where normal digestion can happen.
So, yeah, try a little warmer and see what happens.

So, at least 27C?

When you place them in the sunlight make sure they are not in a glass aquarium. It will get very hot.
Make sure that they can get into the shade anytime that you place a tortoise outside.

The "playing and fighting" part is not good. You shouldn't keep them together. They are solitary animals and being together causes stress.

They do not fight very often.
Are you sure I have to keep them in distance?
