My Memito finally started eating grasses and clovers outside. Is there a reason he wouldn't before?

Sometimes they don't like it, if it wasn't given too them from the beginning.

Sometimes it just takes time. Mine now love to graze and will not eat mixed greens from the store.

my bigger gal seems to work herself into a feedy frenzy based on temps/humidity/unfiltered daylight.. yesterday it was 90+ in MO and when I took her from the pen and let her roam the yard she stripped a good portion of lawn bare and I had to bring her in as I was getting ready for bed, while she was still gourging herself

Mine will walk quite a bit before stopping to eat. Maybe he found a patch of something he likes in one spot.
