I have just finished making an outdoor enclosure. I live in England its supposed to be summer but its constantly raining is it best to keep my torts in their indoor enclosure or is it ok to keep them outside as long as there is somewhere dry for them to go.

i think rain would be ok for them. in the wild they get rained on but i would make sure there are dry areas they can retreat to if they need

Actually they love the rain.. providing the temps are well into the 70's F minimum. They really fall in love right after a warm summer rain. They don't like it dry - hence "humid-hide".. make sense?

Remember they are from 'close to the equator' near the Amazon river/jungle, etc. It's hot and humid there.. a lot of the time!
