That urate looks kinda thick and hard. Probably needs more moisture.
i understand but she dosent drink at all i swear. I tried every way, never touches her pool and i mean NEVER cuz i have my pc where i study almost all day near the enclosure and i would notice. She used to drink as soon as i soaked her but since a month she stopped even doing that, so i started putting a wet paper towel hon her shell while soaking to get all the juice possible in her.
but i dont know how to get her to drink i tried everything, she is just STUBBORN.
i started spraying her lettuce with water so while eating she would also absorb a bit of water but she stopped even eating lettuce so im trying new stuffs.

She's been so picky and stubborn she would eat just new stuffs but i dont feel like guving always treats because i dont think is good to "let her win" talkin about bein picky.

i give u an example, she spend at least 1 h a day trying to escape from the enclosure, whenever i put her outside with me she would try to eat everything... and i mean everything, she bit my pillow, post-it, keayboard, mouspad, so i think "ohh she might be hungry" i put lettuce in front of her and she walks on it.

She's making me going crazy lately, its worst than a baby aahahahah
plz help me

What water to you use for soaking and water dishes? Is it tap water? Is it safe for you to drink?

I've never seen my drink water from the bowl either, but you can increase their moisture with ambient humidity. I keep mine at 90% but for you probably 70%+ is good.

Yes i drink it constatly, but anyway i started soaking with bottle water
You may try to use bottled water for drinking or spraying foods and see how it goes. Or let tap water to stay in open bottle for a day and try using it then. Anyway, soaking is a good way to keep her hydrated. From time to time you can offer her cucumber or lettuce - these are low in nutrition but help with hydration.

I wouldn't worry if she doesn't drink, as long as she pees- she will be absorbing water through her cloaca as she soaks, and that is just as good - and also her food has water in it. If she doesn't seem to be peeing very much, that's when you need to be concerned. Have you given her cucumber ? - most tortoises love it, and
it is practically all water.

Chickory, radicchio, frisee, endive are good options. Also, rocket salad (aka arugula or ruccola). Collard greens (kale), mustard greens.

It's worth it to look outside for wild growing plants - e.g. broadleaf plantain, dandelions, mallow. In moderation - clover. Tree and bush leaves - hibiscus (flow, mulberry, young grape leaves. You can also offer some capers bush leaves and flowers if it grows in your area. Make sure that plants aren't treated with chemicals.
There is a good list in this post:
https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/for-those-who-have-a-young-sulcata.76744/ and here (under Feeding section): https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/the-best-way-to-raise-any-temperate-species-of-tortoise.183131/

You can also get Agrobs Pre Alpine Testudo pellets to mix with grocery greens.

That syringe might work, I believe you could make that work as like eye drops. Maybe @Tim Carlisle has a better suggestion?
The saline solution that'll work right is where you find visine etc. Basically contact solution. It already comes in a dropper style bottle. They also sell minis so that would be perfect. Glad I saw this today bc one of my babies had some dirt in the corner of her eye earlier and it was watering. Saline solution should work perfect.

I've got mine already grown (3 years). She has had awful food preferences. I took a long time for me to introduce wild weeds and more variety. 2 years later we are still struggling over cactus pads :) What was working for me:
1. Start slow. Give familiar foods with a "flavor" of new ones (you basically serve "romaine with a mild coriander aroma" first).
2. Try to find what she likes. Sometimes they go for the new foods from the first sniff. And then each discovered food opens more options (like skill trees in computer games).

As of trashing the enclosure to go out - mine does it all the time. But it's kind of a routine scratch the glass, go to the outside pen, freeze butt in 5 minutes, go back and calm down till the next morning. If you don't have a space outside or it's exceptionally cold - it's better not to build routine like this and not to take her out when she scratches. Make sure the environment is appropriate (lightning, temperatures and humidity) and there are enough "enrichments" like hides, burrows, tunnels, maybe a hamster wheel, food stashes.

Hi guys everything going almost fine.
She still dosent drink and shes been a stubborn mdfk for 3 weeks, too much picky on food, i bought tons of diffrent new greens including cucumber but she refused to eat. She ate 2 days fresh harvested cicory just beacuse we wnet to my girlfriend mother house (2h away) that has a garden with this stuffs.
but then when we came back home she refused to eat again.
Yesterday i stried with taking romain lettuce that she used to eat and squeezing some pear on it + a tiny portioon of pear, and guess what?? SHE ATE IT....
i know i cant feed her fruit, but would it be safe just a tiny bit to get her intrested in eating?

Also off topic, she is a bit less active those days (temps are lower, but during night there are around 19 degrees in the house). this morning she got up stayed a bit under basking and now shes again in her half coconut sleeping. I will wake her up by launch beacuase i didnt get the chance today to soak her.
But anyway is maybe due to change of temps the loss of appetite and less active?

This really sounds like she wants to brumate (hibernate). You can try to keep her awake or do the preparations and let her brumate for 2-4 weeks. This thread is a good guideline: https://tortoiseforum.org/threads/toms-brumation-thread.201823/
