My FRT seems to have scratched himself. Does this look like something I new to worry about?

Just make sure area starts healing and doesn't look like it becomes infected or anything. It should be fine since its a small cut.

I agree that it should be monitored and you will be able to tell if things worsen. It SHOULD be monitored CLOSELY though, as Carettochelys are prone to issues after such things happen.

The cut is red but it doesn't look infected or anything. Should I put a natural antibacterial in for him? Like melafix (melaleuca) to keep it from getting infected

I personally would clean the area with a diluted chlorhexadine (Nolvasan) solution to be on the safe side. With that said, I am no Carettochelys expert. If it doesn't look aggravated at this time, that is great news indeed.
