    It's the same with all tortoises. Going round things isn't in the psyche. This is OK until they end up falling from a great height or tipping over ... or they're a 100lb Sulcata going through a solid wall that's in the way :D

    Yep, they don't always make the smartest choices. But then again, they can and have lasted longer then humans, so really, who's the smartest here! LOL

    I think all tortoises should have an exercise area! My boxies push around small wooden blocks, & my Sulcatas stick their heads through30-pound cinder blocks & walk around with them!
