Growth lines

I've posted a thread about my margins red tortoise and his growth lines before. Now, they are still growing unevenly. Diet is varied, with broad leaf greens, the four temps are correct, and he is soaked one time a week, sometimes two. It's really unfortunate because i work hard for my tortoise to be healthy. All ideas are welcomed.

I don't see the problem. Aside from some old scars and wear, the shell looks fine.

I always thought the white growth lines are always te same width all the way around? The front has almost no growth, while the back has a little over a quarter of an inch of growth.

Looks pretty normal to me - maybe a little dry. Do you mist your tortoise's shell a few times a week?

I wouldn't be concerned if there is a difference in growth rate front to back. If one side was growing faster than the other, that might be cause for a little concern. My male grew 2x faster on one side than the other, but then the 'slow' side caught up. We still don't know why that happened, but the new growth is nice and smooth.
