Hi!
My Littlefoot needs a humid hide and I was wondering if I could use a hamster sleeping quarters? I used to have a lot of hamsters a while back so have plenty of these little plastic houses all clean and sterilised in the cupboard! Would that work or is it better to make one like I've seen on a thread?

Sorry if it's a silly question lol!

Many thanks :)

The only problem I see with that is that the plastic hamster houses are so light in weight that a tortoise would push them around constantly I would think.

Yes you can use them. Like lisa127 mentioned, they might push it around.

That's a good point! As I have them spare I might try one and see if it works or if Littlefoot kicks it about lol! Thank you :)

You could simply place a flat rock on top to hold it is place......or a plant? or an object that is heavy enough to not allow it to move???? :D
