Having enclosure problems

Hey guys, I'm having trouble deciding what to do with my enclosure. My enclosure is currently in my own room so I have it in a sort of semi-closed top configuration so my room doesn't smell like tortoise and moss. I currently have around 5 sheets of semitransparent garbage bag over the enclosure and it's doing an ok job at retaining heat and humidity. But honestly I'm worried about safety and it looks pretty silly. Do any of you guys know a relatively easy way to create a tortoise top that retains heat and humidity and lets in uvb and heat?

I use sheets of foam insulation board for mine with lights inside for two. I like it because it holds in heat & humidity plus is super light. for the other I have a real thin pc of subflooring with holes cut out for lights. Lined the holes with furnace tape( tin like tape) lined the inside with a sheet of plastic insulation that looks like bubble wrap. Both work great for me.
