He eat the snail

Well I left him to eat when he found another snail but this time he eat it all.Hope he will ok

Some torts just have the taste for snails... even if they are supposed to vegetarians.

Unless he ate a very, very large quantity, it's very unlikely to do him any harm.... I wish Joe would deal with our snail population. We have far too many munching my plants!

Tortoises are mostly herbivorous, but not strictly so. All turtle species eat at least a little bit of meat. Snails are good for them because they provide not only protein, but also calcium from the shell. A few snails every now and then is good for your Russian tortoise, as long as they don't contain herbicides, pesticides, or parasites.

Lol unless the snail was REALLY big he should be fine.
