Help! My Russian is swollen!

I have Russian that has just this week become very swollen!! He's about 20 years old. Any advice is very much appreciated!!!

I don't know too much about health, I'll leave the experts to advise you for that but I I do know his beak is overgrown and should be trimmed. I hope he feels better! -Lark

Thank you for pointing that out!! We actually inherited the little guy from my niece going off to school! So we are very uneducated with all of this!!! I will let my son know.

So sorry and good luck with the vet visit.
Poisoning can be a possibility here??? Or impaction due to eating something which is causing a blockage?
Hope it can be cured!
