Help - setting up digital thermostat

Hi I despatately need some help please.
My thermostat stopped working as the temp was climbing to 36c when it was set to switch off at 32c. So I have changed it to a digital one. Problem is the Che is not on. And I am not sure what I did wrong. Are any of you familiar with this one and can you tell me if I set the wiring for the Che incorrectly? The Che wiring are the blue and brown ones on the left.

I managed to get it right so that the CHE was on but then it kept on tripping the plug. So I have taken the thermostat out of the equation for now and swopped the 150 CHE with a 100 CHE. It is cold at night and tomorrow is supposed to be cold and raining so it should be fine without the thermostat. I will be taling it back to the shop and get them to show me how to wire it properly or ask for a refund. So frustrating. And why does this sort of thing happen when you need it to work the most. Sigh.

If anyone ever gets one of these here is how to wire it. The pic does not show so for your info the white wire is a jumper wire going from 1 to 3. And the black wires are the sensor wires.
