I tried to change my avator picture and it went into my signature and it is so BIG. I can't get it to go into my avator. Can someone do it for me? Thanks

Thanks Danny...this is really strange. When I go to Tortoise forum through internet explorer now there is a the picture of Pio that I wanted to put up as my avator. But when I go directly to aol the same picture of me is up there. I am wondering what you all see as my avator...me or Pio.
