Oh I see. I can't always tell the difference between homeana and erosa. Still awesome ;). Makes me think of what a nice kinixys pen I could set up with all the oak leaves around here.

Is this one of your new homeana, from that group?

Yessir. They love the added debris for hiding

Looks like they are settling in happily! I imagine the debris/leaf litter for hiding adds a nice element of comfort that might assist in acclimation of WC animals. Plus attract some tasty worms…;).

Yes indeed. I've lost 3 so far. But those were marked for not doing well when they came in, very light and never adjusted. Hope that's all the toll will be. So far there very active and eating everything.

When I inquired about them, I was told 5 of them were very light and not looking good. You said "marked for not doing well when they came in", so were those part of that 5? Just wondering. Glad to hear the rest are doing good. Hope you can have some success reproducing these guys in a couple years when they mature. ;).

Yeah my friend kept the other two.
