Humidity

I am not sure if the humidity is suppose to be high or low? What is the humidity suppose to be in an indoor enclosure?

What kind of tortoise and what age/size?

Russians need moderate humidity as adults in an indoor enclosure. I like to offer 50-60% and a humid hide too. Outside, it is what it is.

I like babies to have a bit more humidity than adults.
